Base Salary
$190k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner for platform development projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams to meet platform requirements.
- Lead planning sessions and make high-level technical decisions for core platform components.
- Establish best practices and conduct code reviews to elevate team performance.
- Provide hands-on technical contributions to critical project areas.
- Dedicate time to planning and improving team processes.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Deep expertise in AWS systems and best practices.
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform and proficiency in NodeJS or Python.
- Proven experience at a Staff or Principal level in leading technical efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
