Base Salary
$143k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams.
- Collaborate on partner technical initiatives such as demonstrations and workshops.
- Advocate for partners' technical concerns with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements using Datadog features.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize new features.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
- 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog's value.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in observability, public cloud, containerization, Dev/Scripting, config management, or CI/CD.
