Base Salary
$190k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own development of the product from ideation to release.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data teams to deploy new product experiments.
- Define and lead technical initiatives to enable growth and address technical debt.
- Mentor engineers within the team and across the organization.
- Share development best practices through knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Partner with management in quarterly and annual planning activities.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a project leadership role.
- Deep expertise in backend development (e.g., Ruby, Node.js) and proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript, React).
- Experience building scalable systems with automated testing and observability.
- Strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action.
