Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for new clients, including project planning, setup, and technical implementation.
Support installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platform.
Provide Tier 1 technical support for integration issues, platform access and configuration problems, and common data errors.
Monitor client data quality and resolve data collection or integration issues.
Improve onboarding consistency, reduce onboarding time, and increase system adoption.
Train client-side system administrators on platform operations.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product on feature rollouts and provide client-informed feedback.

4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Basic Linux skills, including file-system navigation and log review.
Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including commands and troubleshooting.
Basic SQL skills for writing and reading troubleshooting queries.
Basic Bash scripting skills.
Exposure to technical support processes or client success operations.
Nice-to-have familiarity with networking concepts, enterprise SaaS platforms, version control systems, and task tracking systems.
