Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own major user-facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive requirements views and AI-assisted workflows.
- Implement high-quality, accessible UI using a modern frontend framework.
- Integrate AI features into the product in a user-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate on interaction patterns and workflows.
- Help shape frontend architecture and performance optimizations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building rich, data-heavy web applications.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including component design and state management.
- A product mindset focused on user journeys and clarity.
- Comfortable collaborating with design and product teams.
- Willingness to work across the stack to ship features end-to-end.
