Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated tests for user interfaces, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-native applications.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade QA automation frameworks and tools.
- Drive QA strategy and establish standards for test coverage, performance, security, and reliability across six AWS environments.
- Build automated test suites using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, including visual regression, integration, exploratory, and workflow validation tests.
- Integrate automated test suites into more than five CI/CD pipelines to support release confidence and early defect detection.
- Perform exploratory, integration, interoperability, and data-flow testing across internal and third-party enterprise platforms.
- Monitor application metrics and synthetic tests using observability platforms to identify degradation and downtime risks.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams on quality standards and coverage.
- Validate content management system workflows and maintain test plans, execution reports, and audit-ready QA documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent; suitable combinations of education, training, and experience are accepted.
- Eight years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and QA strategy development.
- Eight years of experience developing and executing automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Eight years of experience writing test automation scripts in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Eight years of experience using issue-tracking and project-collaboration platforms for QA documentation and defect lifecycle management.
- At least five years of exploratory and integration testing with external enterprise platforms and five years designing and maintaining automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- At least four years working with cloud environments, building QA automation frameworks, and applying object-oriented programming.
- At least four years of experience with Selenium/Webdriver, Test NG, and Junit.
- At least three years validating content management system workflows, applying monitoring and observability tools, and implementing automated visual validation tests.
- Must possess unrestricted right to work in the United States for this position.
