Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, iterate, and debug product features that enhance user engagement.
- Own complex features from initial design to production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop user interfaces using React Native and backend support with Node and GraphQL.
- Ensure a high-quality user experience by maintaining performant and understandable interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to uphold technical standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to analyze user behaviors.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing ideas and providing feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js, React, React-Native, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- A mindset of continuous learning and teaching within the engineering team.
- Desire to understand the broader impact of software on user experience.
- Ability to tackle challenging problems and lead solutions in a growing organization.
- Experience delivering features independently and efficiently.
