Responsibilities
- Design and implement critical services while owning service design, data contracts, and backward-compatible API quality.
- Lead complex refactors and improve software performance, reliability, test automation, code coverage, and release health.
- Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-team dependency resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience with .NET full-stack development, Angular or React, and Python.
- Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
- Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, including implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
- Ability to clearly communicate trade-offs and technical decisions.
- Familiarity with AI Native methodology and Spec Driven Development for directing AI coding agents.
- Desirable: Scrum, SAFe, or PMP experience for cross-team delivery coordination.
- Desirable: knowledge of Linux servers and networking concepts.
