Responsibilities
- Design a scalable architecture for the agent layer.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system performance.
- Conduct architectural reviews and lead discussions for decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with product management to prioritize features.

- Adjust project plans based on stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical lead or principal engineer on systems-level software projects.
- Deep knowledge of observability data collection and relevant protocols.
- Solid background in Go programming language.
- Experience designing management and control planes for distributed software.
- Track record of leading large, multi-team technical initiatives.
- Ability to transition between different projects and codebases.
- Comfortable with the full arc of technical decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing design documents.
