Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply existing AI agents and frontier models across worker, business, operations, and marketplace applications.
- Automate worker vetting, matching, fulfillment, and related staffing workflows.
- Lead frontend and backend development while mentoring other engineers.
- Architect and build real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems, APIs, and core platform systems.
- Own product surfaces end to end and partner with the CTO, product, and design teams on architecture and roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across frontend and backend development.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong skills with APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products, including prompting, tool wiring, and evaluations.
- Track record of shipping scalable, performant products in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Ability to work across API design, user experience, deployment infrastructure, and product engineering.
