Responsibilities
- Participate in full-stack development and maintenance of the KYC system across backend services and frontend features.
- Assist with interface documentation for KYC business modules.
- Participate in feature testing and regression testing for KYC releases and troubleshoot issues reported by QA.
- Support the customer support team in resolving and classifying customer issues for system improvement.
Requirements
- Be a computer-related major pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree; final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have solid Java fundamentals and a good understanding of object-oriented programming, with basic multithreading and networking knowledge.
- Have exposure to Spring or Spring Boot through coursework or personal projects.
- Be familiar with basic MySQL usage; NoSQL database knowledge is a plus.
- Have a basic understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
- Have frontend foundations in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React or Vue familiarity is preferred.
- Demonstrate logical thinking, teamwork, willingness to learn, and the ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
