Base Salary
$135k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand critical problems and design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams with minimal supervision.
- Discuss software architecture, wrangle large-scale data, and build custom web applications.
- Engage with customer executives and establish strategy for the team.
- Collaborate with internal product teams, other Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and external customers.
Requirements
- Be a new graduate or otherwise have an engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Demonstrate proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hold an active US security clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain one.
- Be able to learn continuously, work independently, collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, and solve technical problems creatively.
- Have interest in using large-scale data to solve valuable business problems.
- Be willing to travel to client sites as needed; 25–50% travel is preferred depending on team and location.
