Responsibilities
- Own agent retrieval accuracy and relevance by architecting knowledge systems.
- Drive automated resolution rates by building decision frameworks for AI agents.
- Manage AI safety and trust by establishing guardrails for agent behavior.
- Own the feedback loop to monitor and improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve agent quality through systematic evaluation and testing.
- Drive integration strategy for connecting agents to external systems.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of large language models and AI agent architectures.
- Experience in solutions architecture, platform engineering, or technical program management.
- Ability to write scripts, work with APIs, and prototype technical solutions.
- Skilled in instrumenting systems and analyzing data for performance improvements.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex AI behaviors to non-technical stakeholders.
