Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical tasks and software solutions.
- Design, develop, unit test, debug, and maintain HRT applications.
- Work with JavaScript, REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, defect analysis, and technical problem-solving.
- Use Git for source-code management and Jira for work tracking.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and deliver timely, reliable fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Java and knowledge of system design concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database concepts.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and web application fundamentals.
- Understanding of APIs, request/response flows, web services, integrations, and distributed application components.
- Experience with Git and Jira.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Understanding of AWS concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
