Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable web applications using React or AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Lead application systems analysis, programming activities, system enhancements, and programming solution recommendations.
- Write clean, efficient, and documented code; conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify vulnerabilities and security issues, and conduct testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver software.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor to senior stakeholders and coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Use AI development tools to build, deploy, debug, optimize, and manage AI-powered applications and autonomous software agents.
- Contribute to development process improvements and stay current with full-stack technologies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- At least 6 years of relevant financial services industry experience is preferred, with backend or full-stack experience.
- Expertise with React or AngularJS for frontend development.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, AngularJS, SQL queries, and Python.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot for scalable backend systems and SQL for database design, querying, and optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google's AI Development Kit (ADK) for building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and agent.MD or similar frameworks for autonomous software agents.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

- Primary salary range of $125,760.00 to $188,640.00 per year.
