Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities through delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Manage, guide, and mentor development teams across the software lifecycle.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to technical problems across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and align technical work with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability in complex environments.
- Ability to lead and coordinate development teams through all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
