Base Salary
$230k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a subscription and billing infrastructure for healthcare.
- Build reliable systems for complex medication ordering and fulfillment.
- Take ownership of AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure for service reliability.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to shape development.
- Design backend architecture for AI-assisted clinical operations.
- Elevate engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of backend engineering experience with high-stakes systems.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and domain boundaries.
- Proficient with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in-person in the San Francisco office.
