Base Salary
$159k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver features for Toast’s payments products.
- Develop and implement an automated test suite to ensure high-quality code.
- Roll out features to customers and monitor their success.
- Collaborate with product management and UX on feature definition and design.
- Partner with various teams across Toast.
- Participate in design and code reviews with experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing robust backend services.
- Proven ability to develop scalable and secure APIs that integrate with various systems.
- Knowledge of best practices in API lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
