Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack product features spanning backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing user experiences.
- Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and thoughtful software architecture.
- Contribute to technical decisions and help shape the engineering culture.
- Explore and integrate AI tools and agents to improve developer productivity and product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product software engineering.
- Strong Python experience, particularly with FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
- Solid TypeScript proficiency; Svelte experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices and security principles.
- Experience with AI coding agents such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- LLM-powered product experience is a bonus.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
