Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand problems and translate insights into product decisions.
- Deliver end-to-end features from discovery through production across the stack.
- Use AI-native development tools to accelerate development.
- Own zero-to-one initiatives such as dunning workflows and portal re-engineering.
- Prioritize, launch, skip, or sunset initiatives based on business and user impact.
- Address energy retail challenges including billing, procurement, retention, and cost optimization.
- Shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes and contribute to team growth.
- Adapt to new tools and help the team learn and adopt them.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of shipping real end-to-end product work with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Comfort owning end-to-end systems and making hands-on technical contributions.
- Interest or experience in energy retail domains such as billing, procurement, retention, or cost optimization.
- Fluent use of AI-native development tools.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to work effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Evidence of technical excellence through shipped projects, competitions, open source, or similar work.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000–120,000 EUR annually.
- Berlin, Germany location with onsite work five days per week.
