Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product design system and UX patterns for complex workflow-driven applications.
- Build product interfaces connecting users to AI agents and data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on AI agent outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and refine product features.
- Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders and shape the product experience from initial interaction through final approval.
Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Hands-on experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces involving human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience with AI, ML, or LLM products and trustworthy presentation of automated outputs.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
