Responsibilities
- Own, scope, build, ship, and iterate on end-to-end product features.
- Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operational decisions, and property tasks.
- Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures for modern requirements.
- Translate complex and messy operational processes into clean, production-ready software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product and engineering work.
- Operate with high ownership to deliver results rapidly and safely.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and production agents, rather than only adding AI features.
- Strong full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript experience, including React and Node.js.
- Proficiency with microservices-style architecture and the AWS stack.
- Product-minded approach with user experience focus and ability to own ambiguous outcomes end to end.
- Excellent English communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin and work on-site from the Berlin office.
- Track record of independent building and shipping, with entrepreneurial signals or startup experience.
Benefits
- Salary range of €90,000–€110,000 annually.
- On-site work at the Berlin office with relocation to Berlin required.
