Base Salary
$143k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own FDE technical delivery across a named set of institutional partners.
- Design architecture across the entire Avalanche stack from partner ask to working output.
- Pair with Enterprise Go-to-Market on active POCs to align commercial and technical solutions.
- Represent Avalanche credibly in partner-facing technical settings.
- Work hands-on across the Avalanche stack including AvalancheGo and validator infrastructure.
- Respond to security assessment requests from institutional partners.
- Contribute to and maintain developer tooling and SDK surface owned by FDE.
- Identify reusable FDE artifacts from one-off partner solutions.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Shadow complex engagements to internalize the institutional playbook.
Requirements
- Hands-on depth across the Avalanche stack or a comparable L1/L2.
- Proven ability to leverage modern coding tools for production-grade output.
- Customer-facing maturity in enterprise or institutional settings.
- Strong documentation and operational discipline.
- Instinct for recognizing when to generalize bespoke partner solutions.
