Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle and make team decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives.
- Design and implement service-oriented architecture solutions and optimize middleware components.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and address performance and scalability concerns.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB is required.
- Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB is required.
- Strong expertise in service-oriented architecture design and implementation is required.
- Experience managing and optimizing middleware components for integration is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions is required.
- Familiarity with enterprise software performance tuning and scalability considerations is required.
- The candidate must have 15 years of full-time education.
