Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features from problem definition through implementation, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Design and implement responsive, performant user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Translate complex financial and operational workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Work across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data models to deliver complete solutions.
- Identify product, usability, and technical gaps and drive them toward resolution.
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and uncover problems.
- Help define frontend architecture and build reusable, scalable UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs, services, and AI-driven workflows.
- Ship clean, testable, maintainable code and monitor production performance to improve outcomes.
- Communicate blockers, risks, progress, and tradeoffs early while advocating for customers.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience building production software, with deep frontend expertise and experience across the stack.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend tooling.
- Experience building or integrating with APIs, backend services, and production data systems.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, browser performance, accessibility, and maintainable UI architecture.
- Strong ownership, proactive execution, product judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into concrete solutions.
- Ability to operate independently, collaborate closely, communicate clearly, and make pragmatic tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
