Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient ServiceNow SaaS solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Apply SaaS principles including multi-tenancy and modularity, define customization limits, and guide platform use for performance and maintainability.
- Provide strategic architectural guidance and align decisions with business goals and technical standards.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of technologies that improve solution modularity and maintainability.
- Analyze system performance, recommend optimizations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Make decisions across multiple teams, take ownership of assigned domains, and mentor junior team members and offshore delivery resources.
Requirements
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer is recommended.
- Expert proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture is suggested.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Virtual Agents is suggested.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with functional and technical teams, provide guidance, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
