Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions aligned with project requirements and company standards.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Write and maintain hands-on backend code with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts and project updates.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Build and maintain deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale cloud-native products.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable system design and development.
- Strong backend server development experience using a modern language such as Go, TypeScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with Java or C# is advantageous.
- Experience with Node.js, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes or equivalent platforms such as OpenShift, Nomad, or Docker Swarm.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and team guidance experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
