Responsibilities
- Maintain core abuse prevention systems and build new detection rules.
- Develop capabilities in the in-house abuse platform.
- Enhance agentic AI capabilities in abuse mitigation tools.
- Collaborate with peers to implement safety improvements.
- Identify and resolve automation gaps to create efficient processes.
- Document runbooks and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong software development skills with experience in Ruby/Rails.
- Experience with distributed applications and large codebases preferred.
- Desire to proactively develop security engineering skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment focused on results.
- Interest in thinking like a hacker and defending against attacks.
- Familiarity with cloud native development (GCP and/or AWS) is a plus.
