Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable GCP platforms supporting AI-driven applications.
- Integrate agentic AI technologies into adaptive and autonomous platform solutions.
- Coordinate with data-platform and foundation-layer teams on integration patterns and scalable architecture.
- Oversee the CREATe collaborative requirements engineering and agile testing process.
- Facilitate workshops, define requirements, establish iterative delivery processes, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Lead project planning, delivery timelines, milestone tracking, blocker resolution, and stakeholder updates.
- Mentor engineering teams on AI, cloud architecture, software development, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across platform performance and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services including Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, AI/ML APIs, and Kubernetes Engine.
- Experience with GCP IAM, security and compliance services, Cloud Armor, landing-zone patterns, and scaling projects and services.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, including their design, training, and deployment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform and Cloud Build.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data streaming on GCP.
- Proven experience leading platform design and delivery for enterprise-scale systems.
- Experience managing iterative delivery processes and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including translating technical concepts into business value.
- Preferred qualifications include Google Cloud certifications, MLOps and AI/ML lifecycle-management experience on GCP, ethical AI and governance familiarity, and experience leading CREATe or similar processes.
