Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for software platforms and applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for web applications across different browsers.
- Perform white-box, black-box, manual, integration, performance, scalability, and regression testing.
- Analyze and communicate test results, track defects, and support production releases each sprint.
- Enhance automation libraries and work on automation testing for existing systems.
- Own testing infrastructure and help improve product quality throughout development and product usage.
- Participate in requirements clarification, testing estimation, cross-functional integration testing, and daily scrum activities.
- Research and recommend testing tools and share testing practices with the scrum team.
- Use TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, or other test management tools.
- Mentor team members on testing practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of industry experience in testing and automation.
- Experience working with Appium.
- Experience with Git and continuous integration tools.
- Hands-on scripting or coding experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium, and experience with Cucumber Framework or CodeceptJS.
- Experience with cloud-based device farms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Headspin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
