Base Salary
$175k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical assets on products, features, and technologies.
- Build, maintain, and update real-world technical demo environments.
- Create technical workflows for hands-on customer engagement.
- Perform technical testing of competitive products.
- Test new features and provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Support marketing at tradeshows and events.
- Continuously learn new technologies to keep technical assets relevant.
Requirements
- 7+ years in the software field as a technical marketing engineer, sales engineer, systems administrator, or support engineer.
- Experience in the observability or security software space.
- Strong understanding of distributed applications and system architecture.
- Proficiency with containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Working knowledge of AWS; Azure and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, NodeJS, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with automation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with search languages and observability tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
