Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification and technical presentations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and demonstrate Twilio's capabilities.
- Build and present complex presentations and product demos to showcase Twilio Communications Products.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by introducing innovative solutions and architectures.
- Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing and creating reusable materials.
- Be proactive and resourceful, leading others to success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in a solutions engineering role specializing in complex technical products.
- Experience with customer engagement and communicating ROI of products.
- Exceptional technical proficiency and thought leadership.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused problem solver with excellent time management skills.
- Previous software development experience in backend or web development.
- Experience building with REST APIs.
