Base Salary
$99k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered tools, agents, services, and workflows.
- Translate consulting and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions usable by non-technical teams.
- Analyze consulting workflows to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and redesign.
- Experiment with AI-enabled approaches and improve solutions using feedback and usage data.
- Partner with product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Document reusable patterns, approaches, and best practices for scaling across practices, regions, and client contexts.
- Collaborate with consultants and offering teams to understand delivery challenges and support capability building across BCG.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development and Claude Code.
- End-to-end experience from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and comfort working in global teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a track record of building working solutions.
- Undergraduate degree required; strong academic background and an advanced degree are preferred.
- Experience acting as an innovator within a larger organization is preferred.
- Generative AI and agentic development experience, product and systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity are expected.
