Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop customized solutions with sales, customer experience, and product teams to address customer pain points and deliver measurable ROI.
- Create implementation plans and support full product rollouts with project managers and solution engineering teams.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises during the pre-sales process.
- Engage enterprise customers to understand business goals and technical requirements throughout implementation.
- Lead customer change management as an external consultant and trusted advisor.
- Develop and modify applications with the Maven SDK to demonstrate product features and support sales-process integrations.
- Gather customer insights to inform product development and improve Maven’s offerings.
Requirements
- Experience with software integration processes and coding in JavaScript using a Node.js/Next.js stack.
- Some TypeScript and React experience is a plus.
- Experience in implementation engineering or pre-sales with a record of supporting successful sales outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to create technical presentations, PRDs, and workback plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with REST APIs, ETL tools, and data integration solutions such as Workato and Airbyte is a plus.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, and machine learning integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab and Jenkins, is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration security best practices and regulations such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA is a plus.
