Base Salary
$45k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather business process requirements through workshops and discussions with client stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver code for assigned Java modules and configure solutions according to client requirements.
- Test assigned modules, validate functionality, and participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions.
- Implement software applications and integrate them with other systems.
- Prepare project specifications, activity reports, status documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and structured code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, assess system compatibility, and ensure quality delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Java and enterprise platform development.
- Experience developing and testing software modules, integrating applications, and supporting implementation.
- Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams and prepare technical documentation.

- Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 depending on factors including location, minimum wage requirements, skills, and experience.
