Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available IAM solutions in hybrid Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments.
- Automate user and non-human identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations between IAM platforms and IT and HR systems.
- Develop backend microservices and APIs using .NET or Go, database operations using SQL or NoSQL, and user interfaces and frontend functionality using React.
- Integrate Entra ID authentication and authorization with broader Zero Trust architectures.
- Own the reliability, security, and modernization of identity platforms supporting enterprise access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, TPMs, engineering, security architecture, infrastructure, application, HR, and IT teams.
- Provide technical leadership and guide engineers on testing, security, observability, monitoring, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of software engineering experience with significant experience focused on IAM domains.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions that manage user identities and secure access.
- Expertise in web application, API, and microservices design and development using .NET or Go, React, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-native security.
- Experience with SailPoint, IdentityIQ, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Active Directory, or Entra ID.
- Proven technical leadership experience, including guiding engineers on unit testing, security, observability, and monitoring.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and version control systems such as Git and ADO.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
