Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of conversational messaging solutions, including flows, chatbots, and agentic conversational marketing experiences.
- Guide partners as an RCS technical expert, troubleshoot complex issues, and build scalable solutions to increase technical adoption.
- Manage executive-level interactions and align clients, partners, product teams, and sales during account business planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor peers, conduct solution reviews, and provide dedicated technical support.
- Write production-level code, build internal tools with Python and Node.js, automate partner onboarding, and parse large datasets for troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- At least 6 years of coding experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JSON-based webhooks, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred experience includes conversational messaging, business messaging APIs or platforms, GSMA standards, SMS/MMS gateways, telecom signaling, software system design, consulting, digital advertising, Dialogflow, and Gemini or Vertex AI integrations.
