Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer engagements by delivering secure, resilient, scalable, high-performance cloud and AI solutions.
- Build and architect Copilot Studio agent solutions, including roadmaps, proofs of concept, MVPs, reusable AI skills, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide fixes, and remove blockers preventing customer projects from reaching production or go-live.
- Advise technical and business decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, and translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Drive customer adoption and business value from Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Manage factory-based technical delivery programs, including intake reviews, milestone sizing, status monitoring, technical scoping, and escalation support.
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, field organizations, and virtual teams on customer opportunities, delivery, and scalable partner offerings.
- Mentor others, share technical best practices, contribute intellectual property, and influence Microsoft product, process, and roadmap improvements.
- Analyze customer business processes, present complex concepts to varied audiences, and document best practices and customer references.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 8+ years in cloud or infrastructure technologies, Microsoft Azure business solutions, IT consulting or support, architecture, or Business Applications consulting.
- Preferred: 8+ years of customer-facing experience working on technical Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 areas, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure solutions, solution architecture, and enterprise-grade cloud or collaboration environments.
- Knowledge of foundational security, AI, architecture design, Microsoft security, compliance, identity, governance, and risk management solutions.
- Experience with modern AI engineering, reusable AI skills, prompts, instructions, orchestration patterns, and agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with Agent Framework, MCP, LangChain, generative AI, large language models, foundation model toolsets, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions, SaaS offerings, partner ecosystems, and competing cloud and AI platforms.
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform or Copilot Studio, Azure, cloud security, AI business, AI transformation, or AI fundamentals.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, collaboration, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Benefits
- Typical U.S. base pay range is $106,400-$203,600 per year; San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area ranges differ.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
