Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable, risk-based testing strategies aligned with product and business priorities.
- Own quality processes, test coverage, defect prevention, containment, and early QA involvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and translate metrics and telemetry into actionable quality improvements.
- Report quality indicators, risks, and progress to leadership.
- Partner with automation and engineering teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Collaborate across development, production, engineering, and distributed teams on quality priorities and milestone assessments.
- Mentor QV team members and lead knowledge-sharing and discipline-development initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Verification.
- Proven experience leading quality strategies for complex software or game development projects.
- Experience mentoring or leading QA/QV teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating metrics into data-driven decisions.
- Experience working across multiple locations and time zones.
- Experience with automation strategies, data analysis, and defect prevention models.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience with software development practices, system architecture, and development risks.
