Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance software applications using Pega Platform.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams and ensure solutions align with project and client goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor application progress, quality, and performance.
- Use integration techniques and APIs within the Pega environment.
- Document design specifications and development processes.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform and experience configuring and customizing software applications.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within the Pega environment.
- Understanding of user interface design and user experience considerations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
