Base Salary
$70k - $85k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups, Teams, Planner, and other M365 applications.
- Design, build, and enhance Power Platform solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Planner.
- Package, export, import, and deploy Power Platform solutions across different Power Platform environments.
- Support SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Groups, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 administration activities.
- Collaborate with SharePoint leads, M365 developers, client stakeholders, business stakeholders, and end users to understand requirements and follow support and enhancement processes.
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Document technical configurations, migration steps, and deployment procedures according to delivery standards.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong development experience with Power Apps, including SharePoint-integrated, Canvas, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience building Power Automate cloud flows.
- Experience with Power Platform solution lifecycle management, packaging, and deployments.
- Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, Power Platform Admin Center, Teams, M365 Groups, and Planner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, M365 Groups, and Microsoft Planner.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and documentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate with leads, client teams, stakeholders, and end users.
