Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering environments.
- Develop and manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines and reusable infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Provision and configure infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Implement service mesh technologies and secure service-to-service communication using mTLS.
- Manage highly available infrastructure architectures, disaster recovery solutions, and platform optimization.
- Implement secrets management, Kubernetes authentication and policies, certificate lifecycle management, and secure application access using HashiCorp Vault.
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities and support incident management and root cause analysis.
- Manage DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitOps platforms, Nexus, SonarQube, Dynatrace, and artifact repositories.
- Enable engineering teams through platform capabilities, quality gates, security scanning, deployment governance, and DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Experience creating, building, and automating enterprise-scale infrastructure and application platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Containerd, and Podman.
- Experience with Ansible, GitOps methodologies, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault and service mesh technologies such as Kuma, Istio, or Linkerd.
- Linux administration experience with RHEL or Ubuntu.
- Shell scripting experience, including Bash and Python.
- Experience with mTLS and certificate management.
- Experience with Nexus Repository Manager.
- SonarQube experience is desirable.
- Kafka experience is desirable.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, Neo4j, or OrientDB is desirable.
