Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable, and business-aligned client projects across multiple engagements.
- Drive enterprise data modernization, target-state architecture, workload characterization, capacity planning, performance optimization, and production stability.
- Design, build, operate, and review large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines and establish data engineering standards, SLAs, SLOs, and performance baselines.
- Lead database performance assessments, query tuning, execution-plan analysis, indexing, capacity planning, and storage optimization across diverse database platforms.
- Design and operationalize agentic AI workflows, large-language-model automation, AI-powered data wrangling, RAG pipelines, inference workloads, and responsible AI controls.
- Embed observability, monitoring, drift detection, alerting, governance, security, quality gates, and reliability practices into delivery and production systems.
- Support pre-sales through technical solutioning, estimates, product demonstrations, proposals, architecture design, and delivery shaping.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, recover at-risk projects, translate business outcomes into execution plans, and lead risk mitigation.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting reusable assets, accelerators, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a related technology domain, including at least 10+ years in architect and delivery leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary project delivery and working with senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, modern data platforms, large-scale data engineering, database performance, AI/ML enablement, and production operations.
- 8+ years of technical sales experience is preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience is preferred.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, consulting, and technical decision-making skills.
