Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex client projects, including recovery of at-risk engagements.
- Define scalable enterprise data architectures, modernization strategies, target states, and platform optimization plans.
- Design, build, operate, and review large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines and establish data engineering standards, SLAs, SLOs, and performance baselines.
- Lead database performance assessments, capacity planning, query tuning, indexing strategy, workload sizing, and storage optimization.
- Design agentic AI workflows and AI-powered data engineering solutions for discovery, preparation, profiling, validation, governance, and optimization.
- Integrate and optimize AI and machine learning workloads, AI agents, RAG pipelines, inference workloads, monitoring, drift detection, and responsible AI controls.
- Drive secure coding, testing, observability, performance, quality, compliance, and governance practices across engagements.
- Lead technical solutioning, estimates, architecture design, proposals, demonstrations, and pre-sales support.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, influence technical direction, and engage with senior clients and internal leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a related technology domain.
- At least 10+ years in architect and delivery leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary project delivery and providing hands-on architecture or engineering leadership.
- Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, large-scale data processing, databases, AI and machine learning enablement, performance engineering, and production operations.
- 8+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, team leadership, and consultative skills.
