Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with development teams.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and Customer Support teams to align on requirements and expected behaviors.
- Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based testing techniques.
- Conduct regression and performance testing to validate scalability.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare structured test reports and stakeholder status updates.
- Drive QA process improvements independently with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience covering both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience validating APIs with Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Interest in AI/ML-driven testing and LLM-based testing approaches.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with AI-driven test automation tools or LLM-based QA methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of SaaS environments and website-based software deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is preferred.
