Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure SaaS platform quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects alongside development teams for rapid resolution.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements and expected behaviors.
- Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based techniques to optimize testing.
- Conduct regression and performance testing to ensure system scalability.
- Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Deliver clear, structured test reports and status updates to key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous QA process improvements independently with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software quality assurance, mastering both manual precision and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium, plus proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Proven ability to validate APIs using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for automated test integration.
- Active interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions and eagerness to experiment with LLM-based testing approaches.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and complex edge cases.
- Strong communication skills to partner effectively with Dev, Implementation, and Customer Support teams.
- Self-starter who prioritizes tasks, solves problems independently, and owns outcomes without micromanagement.
