Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality and reliability.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for functional and non-functional testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with development teams.
- Conduct regression, performance, and API testing to validate system behavior and scalability.
- Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based testing techniques.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and Customer Support teams on requirements and expected behaviors.
- Provide structured test reports and status updates while independently improving QA processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software quality assurance experience covering both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience validating APIs with Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Interest in AI/ML-driven testing and LLM-based testing approaches.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and ownership skills.
- Experience with AI-driven test automation or LLM-based QA methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of SaaS environments and website-based software deployment is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP is preferred.
