Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and refine Oracle Fusion AI agents for Order Management, Revenue Management, and Subscription Management.
- Translate manual or error-prone business processes into AI agent use cases, instructions, tools, workflows, and guardrails.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion applications, AI agents, and external systems using APIs, web services, Oracle Integration Cloud, and ETL tools.
- Develop and maintain Fusion Cloud extensions and reporting using Application Composer, BI Publisher/OTBI, and SQL.
- Define testing, evaluation, and monitoring practices for agent accuracy, response quality, adoption, and business impact.
- Implement role-based access, data privacy, security, and responsible AI controls for agents operating on business data.
- Analyze requirements, create technical designs, solve complex technical problems, and contribute to architectural improvements and the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of engineering experience supporting or implementing Oracle applications, including recent Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with Order Management, Revenue Management, and Subscription Management.
- Hands-on experience building or configuring Oracle Fusion AI agents or generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering and agent evaluation.
- Experience developing interfaces with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, or middleware.
- Advanced knowledge of several high-level languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java, plus SQL and BI Publisher/OTBI experience.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver software solutions, troubleshoot complex problems, and produce scalable technical designs.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, responsible AI, data privacy, security principles, and agile or lean software development.
- Oracle Fusion or Oracle AI certifications are preferred; legacy Oracle EBS and PL/SQL experience is a plus.
