Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and solution designs.
- Drive engineering practices across development, testing, deployment, observability, and operations.
- Establish AI-assisted development workflows, guardrails, review mechanisms, and quality controls.
- Design secure, observable, scalable, resilient, maintainable, and operationally efficient systems.
- Lead code reviews, automated testing, acceptance testing, deployment validation, monitoring, and production-readiness standards.
- Drive adoption of cloud platforms, GitHub, automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, and platform engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with platform teams on developer experience, security, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor engineers, technical leads, and architects in system design, testing, software craftsmanship, and AI-native development.
- Advise executives and engineering teams on strategy, long-range planning, technical standards, and solution delivery.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience owning software products throughout their lifecycle, including ongoing operational responsibility.
- Extensive experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives.
- Strong expertise in software architecture and system design.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies and engineering practices.
- Experience implementing automated testing strategies and quality engineering practices.
- Expertise in code reviews, engineering governance, and technical standards.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern software delivery platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in production environments and understanding AI-native software delivery approaches.
- Knowledge of source control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, platform engineering, security controls, observability, and operational excellence.
- Preferred experience includes product-oriented engineering organizations, highly scalable distributed systems, enterprise security and governance, production support, and developer productivity platforms.
