Base Salary
$110k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI and machine learning models for customer service automation.
- Configure GenAI platforms, establish pilot groups, and manage controlled enterprise rollouts.
- Build systems to identify and remediate agent policy violations, excessive token usage, and deprecated model usage.
- Create evaluation harnesses, model cards, and ongoing checks for model risk and adoption decisions.
- Apply prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to optimize AI system performance.
- Integrate AI tools and systems into operational frameworks and complex service workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Contribute to strategic AI initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or an acceptable related area plus three years of related work experience, or an advanced degree plus one year of related work experience.
- At least two years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- At least two years of experience using AI tools and developing software with programming languages such as Python or R.
- At least two years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG workflow design, cloud AI infrastructure, data analysis, and model tuning.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Analytics Professional, Machine Learning Certification, and Certified Data Scientist.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- National base pay range is $110,200–$198,700, with annual incentive opportunities and other compensation components described separately.
