Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Sigma champion and product expert for customers.
  • Advise customers on technical best practices including performance, security, and API access.
  • Capture product feedback from customers to improve the product roadmap.
  • Identify new use cases to grow accounts and ensure renewals.
  • Cultivate customer references for marketing purposes.
  • Design and develop software solutions for Business Intelligence and analytics.
  • Work directly with customers to implement tailored analytics solutions.
  • Document software and technical implementations and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Experience with database concepts and cloud data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing software using JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
  • ETL experience and familiarity with production business intelligence solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel.
