Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sigma champion and product expert for customers.
- Advise customers on technical best practices including performance, security, and API access.
- Capture product feedback from customers to improve the product roadmap.
- Identify new use cases to grow accounts and ensure renewals.
- Cultivate customer references for marketing purposes.
- Design and develop software solutions for Business Intelligence and analytics.
- Work directly with customers to implement tailored analytics solutions.
- Document software and technical implementations and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Experience with database concepts and cloud data warehouses.
- Proficiency in designing and developing software using JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
- ETL experience and familiarity with production business intelligence solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work remotely full-time with up to 50% travel.
