Responsibilities
- Lead high-visibility security compliance implementation initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of work for new security certifications.
- Identify and neutralize project blockers to maintain execution velocity.
- Drive consensus across teams to resolve technical and compliance trade-offs.
- Refine project frameworks to maximize effectiveness of security initiatives.
- Oversee project lifecycles with accurate status reporting.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in security and technical program/project management, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Proven success in leading high-stakes security compliance initiatives.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical and leadership levels.
- Track record of rapidly mastering new processes and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
