Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Intuit Enterprise Suite architecture, components, and business applications.
- Evaluate customer and partner technical requirements and design tailored integrations and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise sales and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze system specifications, capacity planning, technology stacks, compatibility, and limitations.
- Identify and resolve high-impact engineering challenges affecting enterprise customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Design and prototype custom or reusable solution patterns for product gaps and integrations.
- Lead technical discussions for complex customer deals and explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management on enterprise solutions.
- Provide Product Management with input on product gaps and roadmap priorities.
- Educate sales teams on technical capabilities and constraints.
- Create documentation, reference architectures, and onboarding playbooks.
- Support post-sale handoff to implementation and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering roles.
- Proficiency with cloud architectures and platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs or enterprise software systems.
- Experience with Python and Java.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security, scalability, performance, API frameworks, and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile development practices.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability and experience resolving engineering blockers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of working with large enterprise customers and leading high-impact technical projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience supporting technical sales cycles or pre-sales solutioning.
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce, Postman, cloud platforms, and CI/CD systems.
- Preferred understanding of compliance, data privacy, and industry-specific requirements.
- Preferred experience in B2B or SaaS enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience with REST, GraphQL, and industry authentication standards.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable.
